These are questions that some people may have in regards to art!

1. What is the difference between a bust/portrait, waist up/half body and a full body?
A bust/portrait is from the shoulders up, waist is hips up, full body is head to your toes.2. What is the best way to contact you?

Sometimes. Please ask ahead of time! When I do, you get a SFW version as well. NOTE: NSFW includes the depiction of nudity/genitalia as well as extreme gore.6. How do I ask for a commission?
Send me a DM on Discord or send an email. I understand getting your first commission, whether it be in general or just asking a new artist, can be a little scary at first but it's okay! All you have to do is reach out to the artist and describe what you want. Be ready with references so the artist knows what or who they are drawing! Some may have you fill out a form but I am not that fancy.7. What are good references?
MAKE YOUR CHARACTER/CREATURE A MODEL! I love as many angles as you can. I typically ask for multiple close-ups of the face from different angles. If you ask for a full body, I ask for those facial shots as well as full-body shots. Any art of your character is also amazing if you have it. Make sure you have references for any pets, clothing, armor, or anything extra for the character or creature. PLEASE give good lighting so I know what colors are with your character/creature! If you have gotten art of your character before, send those as well! Make sure any reference you send is nice and crisp so I can see details of the reference.
• As of 1/6/2024, I will NOT take any form of AI art as suitable reference for your piece. You will be asked to provide another form of reference, whether it be just in game screenshots, a written description, or human drawn art.8. Okay so I love your art but I don't know what I want.
That is totally okay! Most artists will help guide you in the right direction. Sometimes you can even let your artist have artistic freedom. Just give them a description of your character, note any important details about them, and let the artist be free! Sometimes artistic freedom is when the artist will really shine and they think of things you may never have thought of!9. What if I have more questions?
If you have questions... ASK. Please, please, please ask. I will never ever get upset about questions. If an artist gets annoyed at your questions and makes you feel upset or uncomfortable, it is okay to back out of the commission. No one should make you feel horrible when you are trying to get something that should make you happy. Art should NOT bring bad memories.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you automatically have accepted the Terms of Service (T.O.S) and acknowledge that you are above 18 yrs of age.I DO NOT do commissions for minors.Any questions, you may contact me via Discord or Email.

THE ART, THE REQUESTS AND ITS USAGE• I can deny any commission requested by a client for any reason. Reasons could be of the following: poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, failure to deliver payment, or unforeseen inability to complete the commission (sickness, death in the family, etc.)• I have the right to display the commissioned work on any personal website or gallery. If the commission is a gift, you may ask for the post to be delayed for up to a week.• Art is for personal use only. You (the client) have the rights to your CHARACTER, not the rights to the COMMISSIONED ART.
When using or reposting my art, the client SHOULD give credit to me, OwlKitten, the artist.
YOU MAY NOT profit from the artwork. This means you may not get any money from the sale of the artwork unless it is discussed beforehand. This includes apparel, stickers, keychains, prints, etc.• I, as the artist, have full rights to the commissioned artwork, not the character created unless it is of my creation for someone else.• Leave the artwork as is. This means you cannot crop, distort, alter my watermark, or edit my work without my knowledge. This does not apply to using it as profile pictures or banners.• Please provide a clear idea of what you would like. If you don't have an idea, I have worked off of word descriptions as well. I also take moodboards.• As of 1/6/2024 I will NOT accept AI art as a form of reference. You will be asked to provide another form of reference, which includes In-Game Screenshots, Human/Hand Drawn artwork, written description, and mood boards.PAYMENT• I use PayPal as my payment method, however, I do have Venmo as well. Please let me know how you will be paying.• All payments must be made with USD as this is my currency.• If you cannot pay until a certain time, let me know. I will continue to work on your piece but at a slower rate. However, if you do not let me know within a week of starting your piece, then your commission will stop until payment is put through or I am notified.• If the piece is under $75, the client must pay AT LEAST HALF before the COLORING phase.
• If the piece is between $75 and $100, the client must pay AT LEAST HALF before the SHADING/RENDERING phase.
• If the piece is over $100, the client must pay AT LEAST HALF before the LINEART phase.• Refunds can be made BEFORE the line art. If the line art is started, the client may get a partial refund back (this does not apply to sketch or line art commissions). If you ask for a refund after coloring has begun, unfortunately I will not issue a refund. This does not mean you may keep any Works in Progress pictures after canceling the commission.

COMMISSION TYPES AND PRICES

Read the T.O.S before asking for a commission! Payments through PayPal or Venmo.ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS ARE 50% OF SLOT TYPE.
EX: 3 Full bodied sketches in ONE PIECE, first one is $60, the second is $30, the third is $30.
The total would be $120.
If you get three separate full body sketches, they will be $60 each, totalling to $180.

If you get an NSFW commission:
You will be asked to fill out a small form asking for your date of birth.
NSFW does include visible nudity/genitalia as well as extreme gore.
